The ability to successfully select, onboard, motivate, and retain talent is essential for organizational performance and effectiveness. This course explores the key role that talent development plays in driving individual and organizational success. Emphasis is placed on both theoretical frameworks and applied best practices. Through case studies and real-world scenarios, students will develop skills to align human capital strategies with organizational goals.
