Catalog description

This course provides students with the knowledge and tools to design, develop, and implement effective strategic planning processes tailored to an organization’s unique context and needs. Students will learn to prepare for a strategic planning initiative by gathering and analyzing relevant organizational and environmental data to inform the planning approach. The course guides learners through the process of producing a comprehensive strategic plan, including the development of clear objectives, actionable strategies, and measurable tactics aligned with the organization’s vision for the future.
