Catalog description
This course prepares students to make strategic decisions about resource allocation and process improvement in support of organizational effectiveness and continuous improvement. Students advance the foundation established in HUOP 845 and learn to apply budgeting models, risk assessments, and performance data to guide the allocation of human and financial resources in alignment with organizational goals. Prerequisite: HUOP 845.
