Catalog description
This course explores ways food connects people, cultures, and communities around the world. Through collaboration with local community partners and exploratory research, students will examine global dietary practices, cultural food traditions, and the social forces that shape eating behaviors. By the end of the course, students will develop strategies to diversify their own diets, foster cultural awareness, and reflect on how food shapes human identity and health.
