Development, construction, validation and scaling of noncognitive instruments including questionnaires, surveys, checklists, rating scales and unobtrusive measures. The sampling methodology is emphasized. Item construction and analysis and the development of subscales are stressed. Prerequisite: EPSY 725 and EPSY 710.
