Catalog description

This course provides an integrated overview of product development, manufacturing, and quality management principles. Students examine how design, process efficiency, and quality align to support organizational strategy and competitive advantage. Through the application of Lean Six Sigma, Total Quality Management, and other tools, learners analyze real-world scenarios and develop frameworks that connect product lifecycle management with continuous improvement and business value creation.
