This course provides an opportunity for students to more deeply explore selected topics introduced in EMGT 870 Managing the Technology Organization. The course focuses on the application of leadership, organization behavior, performance management, and innovation tools relevant to technology-focused teams and enterprises. Through case studies, problem analysis, and practical frameworks, students strengthen their ability to diagnose organizational challenges and design effective interventions that improve people, process, and technology alignment. Prerequisite: EMGT 870 (or concurrent enrollment).
