Catalog description

Skillful teachers seek out education research literature on the science of learning and development, are able to evaluate the quality of the research and evidence, draw insights and flexibly use them to address problems of practice. They can also communicate this information to peers and others in an accessible way. You will become familiar with the structure of the four domains and related concepts outlined in the program’s Science of Learning and Development Resource, and then use, evaluate and communicate how the supporting literature can address a problem of your practice. Domain E: Grounding in the Science of Learning & Development (SoLD).
