This course provides a comprehensive examination of terrorism, counterterrorism strategies, and homeland security measures. Students will study the history, ideologies, and tactics of terrorist organizations, as well as the impact of terrorism on national and global security. Topics include threat assessment, intelligence gathering, emergency response protocols, and the role of law enforcement and intelligence agencies in preventing and mitigating terrorist threats.
