Catalog description
This course, is intended for students interested in the statistical aspects of clinical trial research,. This course will provide a comprehensive overview of the design and analysis of clinical trials, including: first-in-human studies (dose-finding, safety, proof of concept, Phase I), Phase II, Phase III, and Phase IV studies. Prerequisite: BIOS 820, BIOS 830, and BIOS 840, or permission of instructor.
