Catalog description

This course is intended for sophomores planning to enroll in the Biology Honors Program. Students interested in pursuing Biology Honors will discuss with Biology faculty members the rationale, methods, and interpretations of research being carried out in individual faculty labs to learn how scientific research is conducted. Previously known as BIOL 499. Not open to students with credit in BIOL 499. Prerequisite: At least 17 credit hours of college level natural sciences coursework or consent of instructor.
