Catalog description

In this beginning language course, students will develop basic communicative and cultural competencies through an interactive approach. They are introduced to the basic rules of Bosnian, Croatian, Montenegrin, and Serbian as well as to the cultural contexts in which BCMS discourse occurs. Through regular engagement with authentic multimedia materials, they learn to recognize differing aspects of Bosnian, Croatian, Montenegrin, Serbian, and American life, cultures, and values.
