An introduction to the history and key concepts of American Studies. Students explore major changes in American culture through the critical reading and analysis of primary and secondary source material. Not open to students who have taken AMS 100. Prerequisite: Membership in the University Honors Program or permission of the instructor. Satisfies: Goal 4 Outcome 1 (AE41) , US Culture (USC) , Honors
