Utilizing a practical, career-oriented framework, this course explores sub-disciplines in kinesiology, which include physical education, motor behavior, exercise physiology and biomechanics. Sport and exercise sociology and psychology will be studied. The course includes the history, philosophies, scientific foundations, and principles of these disciplines.
