In this course, students will develop advanced skills to design inclusive learning environments and drive evidence-based changes to improve academic ecosystems. They will integrate a professional identity that enhances the educational community and healthcare outcomes. Through a Capstone Project, students will propose evidence-based interventions for practice gaps and guide holistic nursing as academic nurse educators. Completing a professional portfolio will showcase their growth, goals, and achievements in the MSN Program. Students will complete 90 precepted indirect clinical hours with nursing faculty will be ready to lead and innovate in nursing education by advancing healthcare quality and safety.
