In this course, students will develop advanced knowledge and skills to lead impactful change in healthcare teams, integrating a professional identity that promotes sustainable, evidence-based practices for quality healthcare. Through a Capstone Project, they will propose evidence-based interventions for practice gaps and guide holistic nursing as executive nurse leaders. Students will also complete a professional portfolio showcasing their growth, goals, and achievements in the MSN Program. Students will complete 135 precepted indirect clinical hours to lead in innovative outcome-focused healthcare environments.
