NUR611 Leading Change in Healthcare Systems

Catalog description

This course emphasizes the application of theories to create evidence-based change in healthcare systems that improve organizational and client outcomes. The student will focus on leading changes in the healthcare setting including interdisciplinary communication and quality improvement concepts. Business principles, with an emphasis on human resource management will be explored. Students will complete 45 precepted indirect clinical hours related to leading change within healthcare systems.
