This course examines the knowledge and skills related to fiscal responsibilities of the nurse leader including the budgeting process, managing and prioritizing fiscal resources, and developing strategies to improve safety, quality, and fiscal health and responsibility across healthcare organizations. Completion of 45 precepted indirect clinical hours related to fiscal responsibilities of the nurse leader.
