This course is designed to prepare nursing professionals with the advanced leadership skills necessary to foster effective interprofessional partnerships using evidence-based practice to deliver person-centered care that is coordinated, holistic, and compassionate. Through the acquisition of advanced leadership knowledge, this course will prepare the graduate nurse to effectively lead within a complex healthcare system, engaging in dynamic interprofessional partnerships, enhancing the person-centered healthcare experience, and optimizing outcomes.
