Career and Technical Education Class Hours: 2 hours lecture and 2 hours lab. Semester Credit Hours: 3 This course is a culmination of skills and knowledge of appropriate procedures for generating processing, and submitting health insurance claims to private and governmental health insurance programs. Prerequisite(s): BOT 2643 and BOT 2653 with grades of “C” or above unless approved by the Dean, Instructor, or Advisor
