Catalog description

Based on a developmentally appropriate approach, this course explores theories, practices, methods, and materials that encourage the development of language and emergent literacy skills in the young child. This course also provides strategies and adaptations to individualize teaching across diverse communities; such as bilingualism and children with special learning needs.
