Nutrition Capstone

Catalog description

This course provides students with the opportunity to apply their nutrition knowledge and skills through the completion of a capstone project. Students work with the course instructor to select and investigate a relevant nutrition topic of interest to the student that can be completed in the time constraints of the course. Evidence analysis and science-based principles are integrated into the course content, with attention to appropriate selection, critical appraisal, and synthesis of nutrition research and evidence-based practices. Prerequisite(s): NUTR5500 , NUTR6100 , NUTR6200 , RSCH5700 . Offered at Online, Providence 3 Semester Credits
