This course explores the human resource processes of workforce planning, including sourcing, recruiting, hiring and retaining and mobilizing talent within the organization. Subtopics include developing and evaluating sources of talent, succession planning, and the legal environment's impact on such managerial actions. Prerequisite(s): MGMT2001 .
