Creative Writing

Catalog description

This course offers students the opportunity to practice various forms of expressive writing. Students study models and learn techniques for writing effective poetry and prose. Instructors may also incorporate drama into the course work. Most of the daily class periods consist of discussion, lecture, in-class writing and workshops of student writing. Prerequisite(s): ENG1021 or ENG1027 . Offered at Charlotte, Providence 3 Semester Credits
