Counseling Practicum

Catalog description

This course provides students with the practical application of the theories, skills and knowledge they have gathered over the period of training within the Master of Science in Counseling Psychology program. Students spend time in a clinical setting as a counselor under the supervision of mental health professionals within the setting. Students complete supervised practicum experiences that total a minimum of 100 clock hours over the academic term. Prerequisite(s): CSLG5250 , permission of department chair. Offered at Providence 3 Semester Credits
