The study of various military organizations and their role in military operations. Discussion of command and staff management in military organizations, executive responsibility of Army commissioned officers, service customs, courtesies, and traditions. The study of personnel management, the military justice system, training, and maintenance management. Three hours lecture-discussion and three hours leadership and planning laboratory per week.
