Catalog description

In this course, students will develop the essential skills to critically examine ethical questions and issues that are integral to the helping professions and human services. Students will learn to evaluate, differentiate, and apply diverse approaches to ethical issues and dilemmas within the field of family science. Students will consider how their personal values, potential biases, and beliefs influence their roles as ethical helping professionals.
