Catalog description

This course provides an introductory survey of topics relevant to modern digital signal processing including sampling, quantization, aliasing, and signal reconstruction; discrete-time signals, systems, and transforms; digital filter design; and considerations for hardware implementation. Lectures are supplemented with several research and design projects. Two hours lecture-discussion per week. This lecture must be taken with EE 4301.
