Catalog description
This course is a study of when and where transformation models are most effective. It involves the process of assessing organizational readiness for change and forecasting and designing alternative futures. Students will develop a unique skillset to influence change efforts and translate competing needs between multiple stakeholder groups including customers, business people, front-line employees, engineers, and technologists to achieve successful adoption and integration of the change data.
