Catalog description
An introductory survey of biology course designed for liberal arts students. Topics addressed include the nature of science, cellular processes, genetics, biotechnology, evolution, biodiversity, ecology, and the integration of science and Christianity. This asynchronous, online course incorporates the lab activities into the weekly course schedule and does not have an additional lab fee. Meets three hours of the Natural Science with lab requirement of the Core Curriculum.
