Prerequisites: Admission to Bi-Level Nursing Program and reading proficiency Introduction to Nursing Pharmacology provides principles of medication administration, dosage calculation, and serves as the intravenous therapy certification course for the practical nursing student. Embedded within this course are 16 hours of hands-on laboratory practice including safe medication administration, enteral and parenteral therapies, intravenous therapy, and phlebotomy. (F, Su)
