Prerequisite: The current requirements of our affiliates to include vaccinations, cleared background checks, cleared drug tests, or any other similar requirements, and reading proficiency. Corequisite: EMT125 Emergency Medical Technician I prepares an individual in all phases of Emergency Medical Services (EMS) care with the focus on general emergency care, patient assessment, handling, and transport as related to airway and breathing and cardiac assessment.
