Prerequisite: CUL00, CUL101 and Reading Proficiency Cost Control is designed to teach students how to manage and forecast profitability. This class was created with input and validation from the industry and clearly states what a manager needs to do to run a safe and profitable operation. There is and exam at the end for a ManageFirst certification from the National Restaurant Association. (F)
