Catalog description

Prerequisites: CUL100, CUL101 and reading proficiency Hospitality and Restaurant Management is designed to teach students about the ten pillars of restaurant management. The ten pillars were created with input and validation from the industry and clearly state what a manager needs to run a safe and profitable operation. There is an exam at the end for a ManageFirst certificate from the National Restaurant Association. (F)
