Prerequisite: CHM112 Organic Chemistry I is the study of the structure, nomenclature, and properties of aliphatic hydrocarbons, alkyl halides, ethers, sulfides, alcohols, and alkynes. Units on organic chemical reactions with their mechanisms and stereochemistry are also included. Laboratory time is required. (F,D)
