PREREQUISITE: Admission to the program This course provides students with required clinical skills to be completed in approved clinical sites. Topics may include but are not limited to medical care and basic clinical procedures in various animal species. Upon course completion, the student should be able to understand the responsibilities of a veterinary technician and begin the development of fundamental skills. Student must work a minimum of 20 hours per week in an approved Clinical Site to complete required clinical tasks.
