Clinical Rotation

Catalog description

This course provides entry level histotechnician clinical experience in an approved histology laboratory. Emphasis is placed on learning and performing routine laboratory operations and the production of a microscopic slide for diagnosis. Upon completion the students should be able to demonstrate proficiency in histologic techniques and be prepared to take the HT certification exam.
