Catalog description

Prerequisite: ELM 201S. This course examines the conventional flow treatment of electronic devices and networks. Topics include semiconductor diodes, power supplies, bipolar-junction transistors, amplifiers, buffers, field-effect transistors, and thyristors. Upon completion of this course, a student will be able to analyze a discrete-component electronic network. (F, on demand)
