This course is a detailed study of ESL co-teaching and other collaborative practices. The course explores the rationale for teacher collaboration to support ESL instruction; presents current, classroom-based, practitioner-oriented research studies related to co-teaching, co-planning, curriculum alignment, teacher professional development and additional collaborative practices; and offers authentic teacher reflections and recommendations on collaboration and co-teaching.
