This course is a study of legal issues related to the administration of sport, recreation and campus recreation facilities, programs and services. An in-depth analysis of the legal foundations and responsibilities of sport and recreation agencies including tort and constitutional law, liability and risk management, contractual law, human resource management and the legislative and judicial processes.
