Human Resources Management and Development in Sport and Recreation Leadership

Catalog description

This course is an overview of human resource management and human resource development in sport, recreation and campus recreation programs. The course will provide an introduction to administrative practices, organizational development and management theory, and apply these concepts into the day to day practices and skills required of an administrator of a sport, recreation and/or campus recreation program.
