Fiscal Planning and Management in Sport and Recreation Leadership

Catalog description

This course is an overview of fiscal resources and financial administration of sport, recreation and campus recreation programs and facilities. The course will focus on the financial administration of public agencies, private organizations and commercial enterprises. Management areas relating to financial principles and policies, sources of revenue, types of expenditures, budget preparation, and preparation of grant proposals will be discussed.
