Catalog description

This course provides a study of the principles and practices of developing and managing interactive media projects for businesses and non-profits. Emphasis will be placed on user needs, organizational objectives, research, analytics, project proposals, project management, budgeting, content strategy and testing. Principles of effective leadership of human resources are also covered.
