Seminar in Rhetoric and Criticism

Catalog description

A graduate seminar in the theories and practices of rhetorical criticism. Examines and applies classical and contemporary theories and methods for analyzing and evaluating public address and other significant forms of communication. Students will produce an original scholarly essay using one or more types of criticism.
