Organizations frequently face challenges related to communication, collaboration, training, facilitating meetings and conversations about complex issues, and navigating change. This course equips students with the knowledge and tools to address these challenges and implement communication-based interventions. Through hands on learning, students will identify an organizational challenge and design responses that facilitate positive change and collaboration.
