Catalog description

The purpose of this course is to introduce students to the theoretical body of knowledge in public relations. In this course, students will learn core tenants of important theories and concepts and apply these to the ethical practice of public relations. The breadth of theories covered will be useful for any public relations specialization and builds an essential foundation to better understand the research-based character of the public relations process.
