This course covers reliability and validity issues associated with instrument and methodology design. Delineation of goals and objectives, assessment purposes, test and task specification, item/task development, pilot, review and maintenance procedures will be applied. Consideration of multifaceted validity and validation issues will be stressed throughout the process.
