Psychology of the Workplace

Catalog description

This course is a survey of the applications of psychological principles in the workplace. Emphasis is on topics such as research and methods, personnel decisions, training, attitudes, motivation, leadership, teams, and sociocultural issues in the workplace. Other topics of current interest will also be covered. Course will fulfill sociocultural awareness requirement.
