Catalog description

This course is a continuation of topics from mechanics, thermodynamics and statistical Mechanics, electricity and magnetism, and quantum mechanics. The course may include topics from mechanics (Lagrangian dynamics, rigid body motion), electricity and magnetism (solution of Maxwell's equations in the presence of matter), thermodynamics and statistical mechanics (dynamical statistical mechanics) and quantum mechanics (beyond the hydrogen atom).
