Catalog description

A study of fundamental physical principles pertinent to life processes. Areas include mechanics, thermal energy, fluids, sound, electricity and optics. Realistic biological examples are used to illustrate the relationship between physics and the life sciences. A working knowledge of algebra and trigonometry is required. May be used for general education credit.
